Retrieves affiliate referee details based on the provided parameters.

The endpoint retrieves referee details associated with the Affiliate based on the provided parameters. The response includes the referee's address, the date of the last trade performed, the date when the user became a referee, and the total fees paid in all the epochs.

The endpoint takes the campaign identifier for which the affiliate referee details are requested. Use 2 for campaignId for Affiliate Program. You can fetch details, such as campaignId for all campaigns (also referred to as programs) in the GET /campaignDetails endpoint.
