Retrieves config details about each campaign/program

This endpoint provides comprehensive information about campaigns. The response contains critical details such as the campaign's name, parent campaign name, start and end dates, and current active status. Furthermore, it provides valuable information regarding the duration of each epoch in seconds, alongside additional configurations pertinent to the campaign.
